Domestic shipping(China/Hong kong/Taiwan)

If you order totals $200hkd or more, you qualify for free shipping.

International Shipping(Rest of the world)

International orders may be charged customs fees by the destination country’s government. We have no control over if and how much you are charged for customs. We are not responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you. Please note: We ship to almost every country worldwide except for a few exclusions. Please email if you do not see your country listed.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

See our current shipping rates. You can also review your shipping charges as part of the online checkout process (before payment).

Oversize and heavy items may require additional charges. If additional shipping charges apply, you will be contacted for verification and approval before your order is shipped.

Estimated delivery time is 1-3 weeks based on destination (excluding customs clearance).

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item. Please contact us.

Shipping cost for returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If the item returned is damaged, or a packing error occurs on our part, we will be responsible for your return shipping cost. Customers will receive reimbursement for standard first class (or air mail) shipping (no greater than the original shipping cost). Packages sent back using expedited shipping will not receive a full postage refund.


Change of address

If in the instance a customer would like a package shipped to an address other than the one registered to the credit card it is possible that these details will need to be verified for security purposes, otherwise we reserve the right to only ship to the billing address.

If the order has already been shipped and in the mail stream, the address cannot be changed and will have to wait to be RTS (returned to sender), at which time the customer will be contacted and issued a re-shipping fee.
